The hotels dining room was restyled by Sir Terence Conran in 2005. Local produce is used here as the basis for a modern Welsh cuisine complemented by a distinguished wine list of over 200 bins.

Castell Deudraeth
You are welcomed here to an informal brasserie style restaurant, specialising in local produce including Llyn crab and lobster, Menai oysters, Afonwen seabass and local lamb and beef.
The menu is also complimented by an extensive wine list.
